Hi folks, I know it’s been a while but I’ve had some vacation I’ve been taking and when I’m not on vacation seems like I’m covered up. Hopefully I can get back to some regular posting and updating pages now.
Want to share with you a recent success story with a very nice couple who relocated from Florida and a wonderful renovation they did at Riverbend Condos in Greenville! These folks got interested in Greenville and started making a few trips to visit. They loved the downtown and actually had someone who would let them use their place at Virginia Condos. This gave them a great opportunity to explore the downtown Greenville area.
Well, they decide to make the move and we started watching the real estate market very closely in Greenville. They had a spot in mind but it can be very difficult to buy in there so they decided on another option. We found a condo in Riverbend. What attracted them? A few things. It was close to downtown, the pricing was reasonable and the Swamp Rabbit Trail ran right beside the neighborhood. They love to bike, so this was a perfect fit!
So, we put one under contract in Riverbend and the transaction went smoothly, cash deal. They had the luxury of not having to move in right away so they had some contractors come in and basically designed it the way they wanted. From the floors to scraping the ceilings! They invited me over about a month or so ago and all I can say is Wow! What a beautiful place they have and they are very happy! And I’m very happy for them! Great people to work with and get to know…I tell ya folks there are a lot of renovations going on in Greenville now. And when you find a diamond in the rough like Riverbend, with a little money and time, you can make it your own.
