The Bookends! Poinsett Corners! Riverplace!
A quick tour shows four condos available at Poinsett Corners. Poinsett Corners is one of the first condo developments to rise in the downtown area. Personally I like the location because it is just off Main St. across the road from the Peace Center. Depending on the side you are located on you can see the Reedy River. Poinsett Corners is also good because it sits just about in the middle of Main St. not too far from the Hyatt on North Main, just across the street from Sobys and right behind the Poinsett Westin. Walk to the right and you are in the West End where you can enjoy the Falls Park, High Cotton, Rick Erwins, or concerts on the Reedy River. Current regime fees run around $200/mo.
Let's take off up Main Street past the Hyatt Regency. A couple of more blocks and you will find 400 North Main. Stylish, great curb appeal with some room. Located across from the Holiday Inn Express these condos feature outside terraces custom decorated lobbies, and a gated garage parking spot and one outside gated parking spot. 19 units in the building. Currently there are three units available from $475,000 to $932,000. Close to downtown jazz and the ever popular Cafe and Then Some.
Let's head back down Main St. and take a left on Washington. A couple of blocks and just behind Christ Church Episcopal is The Davenport. This is an older apartment building that was converted to condos. You will find reasonable pricing here with a current units going for $99,900 to $198,500. Charming old wood floors, nice courtyard. Sits right beside Church St. and is very close to the new Publix that was just opened a few months ago. Per Greenville MLS regime is 165/mo.
Sorry, I missed the Bookends... Let's back up a couple of blocks to McBee Ave. Quite stylish, fairly new, nice layouts. Some good views too. There are five units currently available with a top price of $598,000. You will find lots of windows and light here. Great location just a few blocks off Main Street. I believe construction has started just across the street on an new luxury hotel, condos and luxury condos! Gated garage parking. A couple of nice shops just opened in the building!
Ok, I'm leaving The Bookends and taking a left off McBee and heading back down Main toward the Reedy River and Falls Park. We are going to pick the price range up a bit at The Terrace at River Place... You can get in the $800's here with a 2100 sq. ft. unit. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Very nice views of the downtown, Reedy River, Mountains. Great balcony! These are located just behind the Hampton Inn Riverplace and High Cotton. Falls Park is two blocks away. Can walk to see the Greenville Drive play too.
Speaking of the Greenville Drive, if you can't get enough of baseball... how about live at the park? Check out the Field House! Balcony opens directly to the field. You are going to pay mid 300s to 400s here. What a view..if you love baseball :-) You'll get a gated garaged parking space, 12 foot ceilings and an attractive place to live or visit. Current regime per mls is $148 per month. Check out the fabulous new restaurant, Liberties Tavern in the building!
You are paying a premium to be downtown and these are just a few condos that are available. Please call me and I will be glad to show you some interesting locations and great values, close but not too far away!
